«Bouquet of Kuban» - new wines in collection

«Diamond» Holding introduces new products in its line of semisweet wines «Bouquet of Kuban» - white Muscat and red Cabernet.  

It was historically developed in Russia that people prefer semi-sweet wines to dry ones. Russians like sweet taste more – these wines are good for dessert, as well as hot dishes.

Grapes used for wine manufacturing are harvested on the rich and sunny Taman peninsula. Only there under control of the professional wine-makers are these grapes turned into sophisticated wine «Bouquet of Kuban». The new products are produced as per modern technologies and bottled in dark glass bottles called bordo, which ensures aroma and taste of the wine are preserved.

Cabernet «Bouquet of Kuban» – is a semi-sweet red wine with rich ruby ​​color, which has a multi-facet flavor with hints of violets and black currants. It is recommended to be served with meat dishes, especially the ones cooked on fire. The wine is recommended to be served chilled at 15-20 degrees, in high and deep wine glasses filled to 1/3 - this volume allows to reveal the taste of wine as much as possible.

Muscat «Bouquet of Kuban» - white semi-sweet wine of golden color with a flavor of peach and hints of exotic fruits that leaves a gentle fruity finish. It is recommended to be served chilled at 10-12 °C in wine glasses of 180-260 ml. Such a glass with a narrower bowl, extended upwards that allows keeping the wine ethers of the bouquet. Muscat perfectly suits light salads and desserts.
